work done at dealers over the years (the last time about 10 years ago), with Universal being one of them. It's really hit and miss whether you get a good service writer and experienced/HONEST mechanic. For the distance that Universal Nissan is from SpecialtyZ (about 20 minutes or 5 hours in rush hour) you are missing out on a sure thing. I'm not aware of one customer complaint that Greg and Seb have ever had. Greg has been taking care of my Z for 9 years, and while I'm pretty biased, his reputation speaks volumes. Most customers come out of his shop for routine maintanence, having found some minor problem, boost leak, or dead rat under the seat taken care of. Plus Seb is actually a hot 21 year old stripper that Greg keeps in the garage to entertain new customers...go easy on him. Quick story: the first time I picked up my Z from Greg, it was ready on time, it was fixed correctly (plus a few things thrown in), and I was charged what I was quoted. I remarked to Greg that that was a new experience for me in dealing with a getting my Z fixed. He said, "That's the way it's suppossed to be." Do what you feel comfortable with, but I would take advantage of his service and proximity to you. Take care, Mark
